Memorial Day Deluxe Ready To Grill Rocket Box Menu

This RocketBox has been designed especially for Memorial Day feasts. Everything comes prepared and ready to eat except for the burgers and kabobs, which arrive grill-ready and can be completed in just a few minutes. 

Boxes can be picked up at Pierpoint Restraunt this week any day from Wednesday through Saturday between the hours of 4p and 6:30p.

All orders must be placed by Thursday, May 27. 

Included in this BBQ’ers dream box is:

• Pulled Pork: Slow cooked to perfection, this dish arrives ready to eat. Reheating is optional, but don’t serve it cold, or we will have to send you to the penalty box! You have a choice between Carolina Style (vinegar-based) or Kansas City Style (tomato-based). Standard RocketBox comes with 2 lbs, and a Mini RocBox comes with 1 lb. 
• Shrimp Salad: Trust us, Chef Longo shrimp salad is not your grandmother’s shrimp salad. Nothing against Gram, but Chef Longo is Baltimore-born, bred, and trained — she knows some things about shrimp. Standard RocketBox comes with 2 lbs, and a Mini RocBox comes with 1 lb. 
• Bacon & Smoked Infused Burgers: These burgers are seasoned to a ready to be grilled to perfection. Just don’t overcook them, or you may just earn a repeat trip to the penalty box.
• Argentinian Spiced Chicken or Beef Kabobs with Vegetables: The choice is yours. They come seasoned and ready to be grilled or roasted. All you have to do is turn the kabobs a few times as they cook on the grill.
• Biscuits and Rolls: Pierpoint biscuits are all anyone really needs to achieve true happiness — or so we are told.  
• Mac & Cheese: This is the dish that puts the RocketBox over the top.  
• Cole Slaw: See our note above about the Shrimp Salad. Chef Longo does not mess around when it comes to slaw.  
• Corn Crack: Some would simply call this cornbread, but when a recipe is closer to cake than brad and so delish that your brain just about cracks when you bite into it, it needs a better descriptor. Trust us, you won’t be disapointed. And if you are, bring it back so we can finish it off!

This RocketBox requires very little effort. We left the best and easiest fixings (burgers and kabobs) for you to cook so you can show off and tell your guests that you have been slaving away night and day.  

If you do not have a BBQ, do not fear. You can cook the burgers in a pan or even a pre-heated oven. Like we said before – it’s easy.

Don’t get your apron in a twist! There is no penalty box for chefs. We were joshing!  But perhaps there should be for some unnamed celebrity chefs on TV.
