Please note that this RocketBox requires some preparation.  The petite filets are seasoned and ready to be cooked on the BBQ, stovetop, or broiled in the oven.  The choice is yours.  The shrimp scampi and spinach pie can be served cold or warmed up. But please do not overheat.  The crab dip and gyoza can be quickly heated in the microwave when you are ready to eat.
