This Seafood RocketBox is special for Mothers Day. Your RocketBox includes:

• Seafood, Shrimp & Crab Quiche with green onions and swiss cheese.  This large quiche comes fully cooked and ready to serve either warmed up, room temperature, or cold.
• Market Fresh Fruit will be chosen by the chef the day your RocketBox is prepared to guarantee the best seasonal variety.
• Mini Boursin and smoked salmon bagels: delicious plain bagels ready to be toasted and topped with Boursin cheese and freshly smoked salmon.
• Seasoned tater tots, which, let’s be honest, needs no further description.  Who doesn’t love crisp hot tots? Mom may rave about the quality of the fresh fruit as she quietly eats the tater tots.
• Pierpoint Sticky Buns serve as the perfect conclusion to a meal designed to celebrate Mom.

This Rocket Box is all but guaranteed to make even a “crabby” mom smile.  This meal requires very litter preparation.  Everything comes ready to eat except for the tater tots, which will need to be baked for 12 minutes at 350.  If you have an air fryer, they will crisp up much faster.
